Return Policy
All sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order recieved must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order. Any returns are for store credit only. Due to the nature of the products, all products must be unused and in their original package.

If you find the exact same product priced lower than our site within 7 days of purchase date, we will match the price and take off an additional 10%. The difference will be given as store credit only. Price guarantee does not apply to clearance sales, wholesale sites or auction sites. Shipping and handling charges do not apply. If you find a lower price, email us at RealWomensLingerie@yahoo.com within 7 days of purchase. Please put "Price Guarantee" in the subject line. Include site URL where you found the lower price, once verified you will be given a store credit.
Please Note
Credit card orders that are canceled will be charged a $20.00 charge back fee. That includes partial charge backs as well. Credit card processors are now charging a $20.00 charge back fee to merchants. That's the reason we have to do this. If an item is out of stock you will be given a store credit for the amount of the item plus a $5.00 credit for any inconvience it may cause. We rarely have out of stock items listed but sometimes it can't be helped.
